What do your products cost?
My Spelling Words is $19.95 plus $2 shipping. The rest of
our products are shareware which means you have 30 days to try the full function version, without cost or obligation,
before deciding if you want to purchase it. Prices for our shareware programs - are listed here-
I registered a few days ago but haven't
got my registration key yet?
Please give it three days. If you still haven't got it, then
check the junk mail folder of your email account. For some customers our messages have been flagged as being junk
mail. If that's not the case then most likely you entered your email address incorrectly when you registered (this
is almost always the case). In this case please click here to request we send
it to you again.
I already registered. Do I need to pay
to use the latest version?
Depends. Updates are free for one year. So, if you registered
less than a year ago your key will work in the latest version. If you registered more than a year ago then you'll
need to update for $10 by
clicking here. Of course you can continue using
the version you registered without having to pay the update fee.
I registered Magic Folders but now want
to upgrade to Encrypted Magic Folders, do I need to pay the full price?
You can upgrade your MF registration to EMF by just paying
the $30 difference in their prices. Just visit http://pc-magic.com/upgrade.htm
I've entered my registration key but am
still getting pestered to register.
Magic Folders registrations do not work for Encrypted Magic
Folders. You can switch from Encrypted Magic Folders (or vice-versa) by using the selection under Configure in
the Main Menu.
If you're sure you're using the correct registration key for
the correct product then try cutting and pasting the registration key into Registration/Enter registration key
at the main menu and then exit the program and reboot. If the problem still persists then please contact us.
I lost my registration key. Can you send
